This is my honest review, so far, attending courses like Special Operation Mindset, Train up course and reading Special Operations Mindset ebook.

I first came up to Christopher's content from an accidental video recommendation on youtube about the 1/3 - 2/3 military rule and how it's used. Tried testing that concept on my own decisions and then on work. I was impressed.

In the meantime, I was already in the process of pushing myself to be greater, develope a better mindset, test my limits and acquire new skills. But... I was somewhat lost with so many motivational videos on the internet. To be honest, many popular motivational content out there did not fit with me. I was tired of being presented motivational speeches, 'hacks' or mentalities that have no real basis. So in a pool full of motivational speakers, quick money making solutions, advice giving (un)professionals... the problem was apparent. Find something holistic, meaningful, educative and rich.

That's why I chose to watch more Christopher's content on youtube. And eventually... I became a subscriber. When the November free window came, I knew I had to enroll and go all in.

So, I started with Special Operations Mindset course. First minutes in.. and it striked me. It's not about being, or wanting to be better. It's about choosing better and doing better. That was my problem with my mentality and approach. I was stuck on searching mode... Instead I started DOING and TESTING!

This course so far, has provided me with a clear mindset that can turn my gears and push me to act towards my goals. At the same I find Christopher's content intellectually enriching and filled with knowledge that I can apply and build on to my personal and professional life.

This is my experience with Special Operations University so far. Looking forward to complete my courses and come back to add more on my review!

If there's anyone qualified enough to teach the foundation about what makes the Special Operations Forces tick, then I believe that is Mr. Littlestone.

The courses are well-thought out, well-written, interesting and fun.

I have enrolled in quite a few and am enjoying all of them so far.

They are a true breath of fresh air, considering that most of the values talked about have been lost in modern society.

As a civilian with a love for the military, I feel like I have been able to get closer to the mindset of that world.

I'm inspired to become the best version of myself.

If you want the best advice for a solid foundation or some of the best reinforcement for discipline and focus, Chris is it.

The workouts from Life is a Special Operation have greatly influenced my fitness journey and I’ve started eating better and moved from the 280lbs I was at for the past year/year in a half to 261 in the last month.

I found lots of good solid information in the courses I did. I have 6 years CF infantry, over two decades of private security along with 9 years of emergency medical training with a bit of whitetail, elk and mule deer hunt guiding mixed in. Yet, even I found information in these courses that helped advance the skillsets I already have established. I can't imagine how much more useful the courses they provide would help someone just starting out.

Guys the uni is the best for those who want to be special ops

Thank you for making your content available for FREE in November. Since I'm still a student I could not afford your trainings. I really appreciate spreading your knowledge to the public.

I am currently going through the Train Up course, and the quality is fantastic. The workout plans are easy to understand and build up with reasonable tasks.

The courses are very well-explained and thought out, easy to understand. I wish I had someone in my younger days sharing this kind of knowledge to me. It is not just about special forces, you can apply the learnings into any real life situation, as life is a special operation itself.
