I don’t have a review of the actual product, but I did want to share my experience with the customer service. I ordered these grid panels last minute for a trade show after another order didn’t arrive on time. I placed the order late at night for an early morning pickup, hoping to save the day. Thankfully, our original grids ended up arriving the morning of the show, so I had to call and cancel the pickup order even though it was already prepared and waiting for me. The company was incredibly understanding and still very appreciative of our business. My refund was processed within just a couple of days, and the entire experience was smooth and professional. Based on the excellent customer service alone, I would absolutely order from this company again in the future.
