I have ordered severel Times at this Shop - in there Website and on AliExpress and have to say: the customer Service ist exquisite.
Just the notification about some of the items Not being in Stock could bei better.
But when you need Scope and Mounts for Airsoft, IT IS your was to Go!

Everything has gone wrong from start to finish. I ordered this on December 4th and today is February 1st and I still have not received the item. I have sent an email everyday for the last month and a half and I'm still nowhere closer to getting the item

The product is great, a nice color and it looks really good, much better than the old HW. It takes a little while to arrive, don't worry.

First time buying from Specprecision, everything went as expected superb quality products well priced, good shipping time, with a responsive and nice customer support.

Will buy from them again.

I bought this light 6 months ago it was great quality..now they have switched manufacturers to the cheapest thing you've ever seen does not function....customer doesn't respond to emails if you have problem with product only for tracking information...I wouldn't purchase SPec is not the same anymore

Excellent products, one of the best I’ve ever seen nightforce it is the real thing night forces made in the USA, but they don’t tell you the glass is made in China/Japan. They make the best class for Optics. This is a top notch company if anybody has doubts have no fear this company is legit. This is coming from a gunsmith zero issues holding 0 on a 556/762 problem solved guys.

4 times ordered items that were listed IN stock only to be notified the are OUT of stock. You need better inventory management.

There was an issue with one of my orders. Specprecision stood behind their customer and shipped me out the correct parts without requesting me to return the incorrect ones sent to me. I truly appreciate their customer support.

I made an order from your site, was asked to send an email describing the damaged goods, still no reply and it has been months. I understand that you have scammers but I was willing to work woth you all the way.

The mount on the scope broke the first time i tried to secure it, and the red dot stopped working after less than 1 week, even though it was never used.
