No quality control. Great at wasting time though.

If you ever have an issue, you are screwed. Their items might sometimes be great clones, but product QA is almost non existent. Additionally, there's some disconnect between customer service and the fulfillment. I don't know what it is, but they seem to just do the "yah yah yah" and try to hurry and leave details out as is typical with some store cust service.

Bought holy warrior version. 3/28. It was defective (reticle wouldn't move) - apparently it's a KNOWN issue. If that's the case, why not QA it before sending considering the fng transit time is so long. This is just a very sad oversight. Just pop it out of the dang box and make sure it actually works.

They initially tried to say they would only send the internals and I'd have to take it apart and put it back together. Then they said I'd have to pay the tariffs (even though I ordered way ahead of tariffs so I wouldn't get hit by them). So I got a refund. Next day they said oh we can send you a replacement if you want, we'll pay the tariff. I have a strong feeling it's because they saw my previous Trustpilot review (which I took down after they said they'd send me a new unit, they also mentioned the review to see if I'd take it down).

I received the new unit today (5/9 - it's now been almost 1.5 months since my first order). It's 100% garbage. It was the spec precision version (which they said was even better) but it has red tinted glass, like super red. That should have been IDd at manufacture, that's a huge defect.

So now what? Wait another 2-4 weeks for another shit replacement that they'll fail to QA again?

Asked for another refund. Honestly, they are a big waste of time. Don't bother buying anything that's more than a few dollars, they don't quality check.

I requested the refund first, because quite frankly i don't want to wait another 2 months for my money back. Additionally, I don't really trust them anymore. They are refusing, so I am just going to my bank to dispute. I don't want their defective item, it not only has garbage out of spec glass, but the housing itself is built out of spec too. Bought a killflash made for it, doesn't fit (which is out of pocket cost for me, so I'm SOL on that $). Learned my lesson, don't buy from here, time to go dispute.

This would have been resolved by just giving me a refund. Now instead, we can just sit here and wait for my bank together.

After you reported the issue with your HW EXPS3 red dot sight, we promptly sent a brand-new replacement unit to resolve the issue.

Upon your refund request, we covered the initial shipping costs and informed you that a full refund would be processed once the item was returned. This is a standard, fair policy.

Regarding the killflash you purchased elsewhere: HW EXPS3 is an airsoft-grade red dot sight that closely matches the dimensions of the original model. If a third-party killflash from another platform (e.g., AliExpress) did not fit, the compatibility issue lies with the accessory, not the optic itself. We assume you’ve already opened a dispute with that seller to recover your cost.

We clearly stated we would refund you if you were unsatisfied with the replacement unit. Please understand that we always protect customer funds and process refunds reasonably. There's no need to file a dispute through your bank if we are resolving things directly, but of course, you’re free to do so.

Shadey practices

I recieved a defective Ngal device from SpecPrecision so I contacted customer support. They asked me to return the item to an address in china using false customs information. I confronted the service rep about falsifying customs forms and they tried to play it off as a means to "help your return package pass through customs smoothly." After refusing to ship the item per their instruction, I opted to attempt a repair myself. The unit has defective adjustment screws and requires replacement. I reported this to the service rep and again they told me to ship it with false customs information. After telling them I would not do so, they instructed me to ship it to another address in Florida saying they would refund after they received the package. Now I am out the cost of the item with a defective unit to show for it. I told the representative I would not do any further business with them.

Hey, it's pretty good

Shipping was reasonable and so were the products (MRO and RMR repro).
The quality is good for the price. The dot and glass does not have the astigmatism reduction features of real steel or higher quality products but they have minimal parallax and work well, especially for airsoft. The mounting footprints seem to be machined to spec, which is an issue some lower quality repros suffer from.

Decent quality

I ordered two items and they both work fine. The ROMEO5 is nearly perfect, the X300U-B is ok. The packaging was excellent, non of the items took any damage. Highly recommend this store!

- T2 works as it should! the sight stays in place with GBBR really well!

really good value for money!!!!!!

- DBAL laser adjustment is not working properly but light+other settings work perfectly!! (working on that).
I use Z-PARTS HRT rail and DBAL wobbles +-2mm.(need shimming)
