This is the tenth pair of glasses they have reglazed for me in 7 years (I'm clumsy) always speedy and incredibly good value. I cannot rate the service highly enough.

I found Specs2go via an internet search and glad I did. A really excellent personal experience and I'm absolutely delighted with my glasses. A really quick turn around and exactly what I wanted. Highly recommended.

I needed my glasses reglazed and specsavers only did their own glasses. Other online stores were just too expensive for me. I found Specs2Go by chance and I'm really glad I did. Sylvia was amazing. She messaged me several times to let me know everything that she was doing. Which I loved and I got my glasses back within 4 days. It was so quickly done. Add to that it was great price including delivery charge. I couldn't be happier. I will be back and I'll be letting everyone I know about your website too. Plus thank you for the chocolate surprise it was really appreciated.

I sent my frames to be reglazed. Sylvia was so helpful and gave updates when needed. The new glasses arrived and the lenses are excellent quality. Will definitely be using again and recommending to my friends.

Exceptional customer experience coupled with a cost effective reglazing service.

Came across this website by chance but so glad I did. The service, product and experience was absolutely first-class. I want to give a special thanks to Sylvia. From the minute I placed an order she reached out to keep me informed of the process and her communication was spot on. Due to being local in the area, Sylvia personally came to drop of the frames and even provided a copy of there brochure which allowed me to select an alternative frame after the original was unavailable. Following this she revisited a few times to make adjustments as required and this was all a seamless approach. You don't get this level of service anywhere else it is truly fantastic. In terms of the actual frames, Sylvia a number of numbers called out and gave advice on the prescription side of things. She rightly called out a few queries on the prescription which shows that the business truly cares about the customer and are passionate about what they do. They go the extra length to make sure the glasses are a perfect match. For example Sylvia clarified a value on my prescription as it seemed atypical- whilst the value was confirmed as correct it shows the level of detail and care they apply to each and every order. Due to this level of care, I felt completely at ease during the process. They treat you as a 1 of 1 customer and use their expertise to ensure you get high quality product at the end of it. I now know where to go for any future glasses purchases and am so glad to have found this place. Amazing customer care and products!

A want to give a shout out to Sylvia, who I see has been mentioned in more than one review!
I ordered some frames but was having a difficult time with delivery as I am disabled and couldn’t get to the door fast enough; every time the postman left before I could get there. Sylvia very kindly spoke to Royal Mail and arranged redelivery for me, and even though I was told Royal Mail can’t wait at doors as they have other deliveries, she agreed with them that they would give me a couple of minutes before leaving.
The frames I ordered were previously available at Specsavers but are now discontinued. It looks from other reviews Specsavers won’t put lenses in other shops frames so I’ll be back to Specs2go, as I know I’ll receive an excellent service.

I needed a new prescription after a cataract operation. As an aside I am going to praise SpecSavers for their referral and follow up, but they do not re-lens 3rd party frames. So I took my new prescription, shopped around on the Web and found Specs2Go. The ordering process was very easy for 2 pairs of reading glasses and 2 pairs for driving (one with a transitions coating for sunny weather). The really impressive part of the process was the super quick follow up via WhatsApp to confirm I was ordering exactly what I needed. The turnaround on posting the glasses back to me was remarkable. I posted the four frames on Monday and they were back on Saturday, with new lenses, protective sleeves and a sturdy case for the transitions pair. I love the "clic'able" magnetic frames that I have kept renewing for over 10 years and I am very happy to have given the current frames a new lease of life. I don't buy frames or lenses very often, but I would say Specs2Go provide a fast, considerate service at a very fair price

I'm quite good at losing glasses so I buy designer frames on ebay and specs2go relense them for me, it works out really cheaply for nice looking glasses. Specs2go always cheerful always helpful and always super efficient 5🌟 service

Reglazing service is quick, professional and to a high standard, but it's the customer service that stands out even more. Sylvia adds a personal touch to the experience which is smooth and pleasant. I felt well taken care of from the start to the finish and that's something that big chains are often not bothering to offer.

Ordered frames and prescription lenses on 13th June. Arrived by PO Registered Delivery on 15th June (today). Truly phenomenal service - and at a very reasonable price. Sylvia is a star. Highly recommend.

I wanted to keep my frames but change the lenses which were scratched. The communication from Specs2go was very good but I was really impressed at how quickly they were returned with new lenses.

I was astonished by how quickly my broken glasses were fixed and the quality of the work was outstanding. From posting the broken glasses on Saturday to receiving the new frames on Tuesday I was kept informed and Sylvia could not have been more helpful. And all for such a ridiculously low price. I would give them 6 stars if I could?

Sent my frame to Specs2go as i needed my new prescription put in, which they did. Was done promptly and very happy with the personal service.

I have used several online glasses suppliers. Specs2go were by far the quickest and their customer service (Sylvia) was really helpful. The price was a little cheaper than the other prices, but service and quality was 5 star.
