Excellent service and product. Initially ordered varifocals and after trying them for a few weeks I couldn't get used to them. Specs4less accepted them back, changed the lens to my distance prescription standard lens and refunded the difference. Got my glasses back in couple of days. Very highly recommended.

Paid for glasses . Has not been in touch so went to shop to collect them,shop not open. Asked other shops around arcade if they new if the shop had closed down they said no it’s often shut. Tried phoning leaving message .no reply yet.

Absolutely marvelous service. Pricewise, qualitywise and time were all top in comparison to others especially to (Selectspecs) which kept me waiting for 18 days to no avail.
Specs4less sent me my order in 3 days only, with best quality of frame, case and premium cleaning sheet. The glasses are exactly as prescribed. If I could give more than 5 stars I would have done.

Just received my Joules glasses from Specs4less. They fit perfectly and look great. Really pleased with the price compared to Opticians prices for same glasses as l saved over £50 and got £60 worth of extras. Will definitely buy from them again and recommend to others.

Picked up from shop frames adjusted there and then. Excellent service and great value.

I only need glasses for reading, distance and computer work. Now that my highstreet retailler has incresed the prices of their 'cheap' frames I have had to go back to the online retaillers for affordable alternative.
I have found Specs4less very helpful and provide an efficient and prompt service. My new frames and distance lenses are excellent and are better quality than my existing glasses.

I would not hesistate to recommend specs4less to any of my friends.

I recently spent £300 with a high street provider for new glasses and I provided my own designer frames?( perhaps they saw me coming !!
Having an up to date prescription now , and not wanting to be taken for a ride again I bought a second designer frame and approached Specs4less and got new lenses fitted from them.
My new lenses to match my short sighted needs cost £25.
Needless to say I am stunned and cannot recommend this service and business enough.

Recently ordered some sun glasses from them and from start of the order it took about 10 days to receive the finished product. They sent out the frames for trying on and then wanted photos taken to make sure of the fit. The prescription is a complex one and I am very pleased with the product and the service I received which included good contact at all times.I will use them again.

You want poor service, you want to order glasses only to be told they’re discontinued and wait 8 days to tell you. Specs4less are the company for you.

Really good company. Bought a pair of cycling glasses with prescription inserts. Quick and efficient. Happy with the new glasses.

Have had 2 orders which were fine and 4 that weren’t.

Customer support email customers saying a trust pilot review link is coming and ask to be contacted if our review would be less than 5..

Strange we have received no link for any of the 4 orders which were damaged due to bad packaging an a collage of an envelope

Potential purchasers may not be aware of this and the ensuing potential ‘skewed’ results on trustpilot

Following my earlier review on 21st June I was quickly contacted by Specs4less - With regard to them seemingly ignoring my e-mails it appears that there was a glitch in their system which meant they did not receive the messages detailing the problems I was experiencing - Since making contact I have to say that they have dealt with the issue very positively and professionally and have supplied me with replacement glasses quickly - I'm happy to say that I am very pleased with the replacement glasses and would happily order from them again

This is the second time I have used this company and I would highly recommend. Easy to order online. Great choice of glasses. Speedy delivery.

Found this online service extreme easy to use to order prescription sunglasses and they provide excellent value for money.

My first pair of specs were excellent, then after many months just one of the lenses became marked. I contacted specs 4 less, sent my glasses back, and received a new pair, frames and lenses, by first class post, all within 5 days of my co.ments to the customer service department.
Their support and communication is excellent, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I wanted to try some of the tinted driverware glasses with varifocal lenses and local opticians were just too expensive. I thought I would try Spec4less and I am so pleased I did. Their service has been excellent from start to finish and the price is very reasonable. The glasses worked for me straight out of the case with no other adjustment needed and the effect when driving is quite startling especially in semi light conditions, in bright light my eyes feel much more relaxed. I have no hesitation in recommending Specs4less and I will be back to them next time I need glasses.
