Spectrum One Hair Reviews 

This was my first time using Spectrum One Hair after seeing it on an influencer and it is the best hair I’ve ever had. I have had extensions for about 5/6 years now and used other popular brands but this is by far the best quality and shade I have found. I will definitely be using them again!

My second time ordering with Spectrum One Hair because the quality and colour match is outstanding, order came quickly and was correct, the hair is silky and thick wouldn’t go no where else for my tapes extension!

Great quality hair never had any problems with customer service or with the quality/style of hair. Always a quick delivery, good prices for the quality you are receiving and great choices of extension types/colours.

Such an easy and fast process to order the extensions. They came when expected the next day and the quality is amazing.

Great quality hair, fast delivery and lots of choices. My first set of hair was a 50g brown weft which has lasted 2+ years and is still going strong! The hair has very little damage and still looks great when mixed in with other sets of extensions.

I absolutely love this hair brand, the staff are immense and I love how the delivery time is so quick even when you order next day it literally comes the next day there’s never a delay, I’ve had my hair extensions for coming up to two years and I love them still in great condition. I have suffered with really thin hair for years and have hated it and Spectrum One was there to save the day I would never go back to my natural hair now! Thank you x

I had some issues with my Spectrum One wefts despite following all the correct aftercare. I contacted customer service with videos, and they responded quickly, acknowledged the problem and went above and beyond to resolve it. They sent out a replacement weft from a new batch via next day delivery and even offered extra tapes to make up the difference.

I’m so impressed with how professionally and kindly they handled everything. Mistakes happen, but it’s how a brand responds that matters and Spectrum One absolutely delivered. Thank you!

I'm absolutely obsessed with my Spectrum Hair Extensions! The quality is top-notch, and the hair feels so natural and soft. I've tried other hair extension brands before, but Spectrum's are by far the best. The colors are vibrant and true to the shade chart, and the construction is impeccable. I've gotten so many compliments on my hair since I started wearing Spectrum extensions. The customer service team is also super friendly and helpful. I've already ordered from them again and can't wait to try out more of their products.

I recently bought hair extensions and I’m really happy with the quality they feel soft, natural, and blend in well with my own hair. The ordering process was smooth, and delivery was quick too. spectrum one hair were the first tape hair extensions i’ve ever used they were so soft and silky i’ve had them in for over a month now and still look brand new even after washing and using heat styling they still have the same thickness as if they were brand new . i purchased another 2 packs yesterday and cant wait for them to be put in!!

Firstly I had a missing tape to my pack, paid over 300 for 2 packs, thinnest hair I've ever bought & obviously once the packs are open you can't return them very convenient. Safe to say I won't be buying from here again, you live & learn girls....

Yes you sent out 1 more tape however it was actually never delivered because the royal mail failed to re deliver it when I wasn't home to sign for the first attempt I work I can't be at home for 1 tape so it would have been much easier if it was sent where I didn't have to sign for this, I'm sure by now you've had this returned to you by the royal mail..... I haven't had any emails regarding any issues by anyone so I'm unsure where you've made multiple attempts at contacting me??
