A terrible company that appears to resort to fraud! I sold an electric wheel chair to a customer who had not read the advert correctly. He wanted a fold up & mine is not. EBay had already told me they were holding the sale money from date of sale for around 3 weeks. As I don't have the money I asked to customer to contact eBay to get a refund. He did and they told him to say that his " COLLECTION ONLY" item
Had not been delivered. It would then trigger a refund request. But I would be charged £64 for the customers error. I called eBay who told me they were unable to give the refund. Only I could do that through my account. I asked to speak to
a manager who proceeded bully me saying that if I didn't follow their procedures they would punish me with bad marks on my 20 yr old 100% positive account. The fact that they are telling customers to lie & encourage fraud so that they don't have to do anything is terrible. They also told me I would pay penalties if they had to refund the money that they have in their account. A refund which minutes earlier had been impossible for them to manage. When I told them I was recording the call he went mad. When I told him I do not agree with him recording me he said " Hang up then"!! Twenty year customer off to more reputable company!
