I’m not gonna lie this whole I get it was a cool idea even the games on there and how the kids play. It’s a very good idea. The only thing that sucks is when you pay you do not get what you pay for. I paid for a subscription twice still cannot use it then they refunded me. I’ve never not once got to actually enjoy the services I’ve paid for for this company and they do not reply accurately either I’d like to point out so I my opinion I don’t think that this program is worth the money with. I think that their program though is it’s really cool and it’s fun but they do not value customers.

I bought the app from a facebook site in my language for my child. It is not available in my language! No answer from email contact provided. Total hoax.

I signed up for a 70% off for one month special - to try it out. Unaware it was signing me up to a monthly subscription thereafter. £30 was taken this month and ive tried emailing, contacting on social media , everything and had no response. Its now left me financially struggling this month . Customer service appalling. Watch out for subscription charges!!
Would not trust this sight with my bank details again !
