Recently I bought the quarterly subscription ($47) of speechelo from the speechelo website, after purchasing the subscription I even received mail regarding the access of speechelo. I clicked the sent link and logged myself into the speechelo account, but when I am trying to generate the voiceover it is showing I need to purchase a Speechelo license and redirecting me to the payment page of the quarterly payment. I have even received the invoice of my earlier purchase. It was also not mentioned in the website during purchase that I have to pay extra for the license. I have even mailed the support team regarding this issue but there is no response. This is not working as promised by them.

Be very very careful with this company's website. This website will store your credit card information in the name of future purchases, so NEVER ever directly run your credit card on their website.

Also this website is trying to create some sort of recurring subscription when I tried to pay using PayPal.

Their entire website is shady. Instead of taking one time payment for their BASIC software, they are trying their best to force subscribe you to their PRO software.

I did not think much about this text-to-speech program until I had to look at then need to know how to continue my videos with me having THROAT CANCER and losing the ability to speak coherently in my videos. Then I checked out SPEECHELO. I was truly amazed and at present just use the standard starter unit. I love it and writing the script instead of winging it by ad-lipping it has opened up a new era for me and my Hobby videos for Peasville. Thank you to the inventors.

It is a great softeware, i recomand the pro version and give it a testing time, it takes time to learn how it works, but you can get some awesome resouts

This product is easy to use and works as described. It works best when you follow the instructions as given. For more advanced filmmakers, you can get better results by going straight from short phrases into your video editor. Finally, you have another option of re-recording your audio in your favorite editor to get even better quality out of it. Treat the same way you would live capture narration. Do you have to take this extra step? No. But your production values shoot up if you do so.

Very worried about the reviews I'm seeing here. I did not upgrade and hopefully they won't charge me anymore. HOWEVER, I AGREE THIS IS THE SPAMIEST COMPANY THERE IS. I wonder if they are the same as Humanpal or whatever they are called. the same marketing BS style. Hopefully, it will get better from here but will be very upset if the basic version renewed every so often.

They tried to rip me off. On their website it says one time payment. And after one year they asked{via paddle . net} for another 47usd saying my subscription is expired. Luckily, I canceled my credit card on PayPal and contact paddle chat bot to cancel "subscription". Because you can't do that on official speechello website. For the software I would give 3 star. it's not bad, but nowadays there are lot better solutions.

My Paypal account was debited 2 times the same amount on the same day: US$57.81

I asked for my money back because I paid 2 times for I don't know what.

I see that there are 2 charges of US$57.81 on May 28, 2023, however, these are 2 different products, the first charge is for your Speechelo with order number 50224402-78373097, and the second charge is the Speechelo PRO with order number 50224402-78373098.

But I don't have any PRO ACCOUNT
If I click on an option that says PRO it says I don't have one and a pop-up appears for me to pay for the PRO version.

They are liars and cheats. They took my credit card and debited it 2 times, saying it was for the PRO version, which I didn't order, nor do I have.
This company is garbage. Very careful with them.

I will try for a full refund of my money, but I don't think I will get it. Because I don't want to work with companies like this!

I upgraded to the World version and converted some English to Russian and French. I played back the voices while I held my phone up to the speakers -- I had an app for listening to conversations in different languages and converting what it heard back to English. The app translated the AI Speechelo voices in Russian and French back to the original English. Was I surprised. The quality of the voices is way, way better than those AT&T voices I bought years ago.
I think the voices sound very real, especially when punctuated correctly and adding in a few "breaths." The do have some older version voices that don't sound as natural as the preferred ones. But they are still way better than those AT&T voices I bought years ago. I listened to voices on Google Translate just now, they are very monotonous, with no way to control inflection. And I didn't see an option in Google Translate that lets you pick the voice you want to use. You get one voice.
You can't use the content created with Google Translate voices for commercial purposes without a commercial license, which can be very expensive.
With Speechelo, you get a lot of tips on making income, you get background music, and with Pro you can use what you create with the voices and music for commercial purposes at a very reasonable price.
I don't mind their marketing techniques. I just went through something similar for golf instructions advertised on the smartphone. At least with Speechelo I didn't have to listen for half an hour to a sales pitch before I could buy anything.
The one funny thing is the way the number of letters used is administered. You can't create an audiobook in one day, unless it's short.

I purchased Speechelo standard then upgraded to Pro at 197 USD but i have not recived the login details of speehelo platform for my pro version.
I raised three tickets but no response recived in past 8 hours.
Input my id for recover my password with the same id from which I purchased, but no mails in my email box.
I need immediate refund for my money. Can speehelo squad provide their means of contact to resolve this issue before proceedings further, they can see my id as starting from abha_****@hotmail.com

I wish I had visited Trustpilot before buying this stupid software. Speechelo is run by a group of thieves and mafia groups who only see the dollar but don't provide any value. Everything they offer can be easily obtained free of charge on other platforms.
Speechelo does not know the meaning of refunds. They only know how to charge one's credit card.
They are thieves. Do not buy.
They used a deceptive ad to lure buyers and then they pass you through a series of upsells with hidden prices and when you finally realise you have been duped, they will begin to make all kinds of offers and give reasons why they cannot refund.
Help protect unsuspecting buyers from these filthy criminals bound for everlasting hell.

I like how easy it is to add my text and convert it to audio. And even easier to merge groups plus add background music. I mostly use it for my stories so haven't tried any other Features out. So you you're doing what I need it to do. Maybe can add more variety of background music. I have not tried out most of the voices so far I prefer Emily. So most of my audio books is done using her voice. I haven't fully followed your video to improve the reading but I will I would just need more time to go through selection. But so far whatever issues I had the customer service was able to resolve the issue which I really appreciate.

I signed today, I paid $27, then I paid an extra $197 for the royalty-free version.
I went to my email to retrieve the software, but I was unable to enter the program, I called my bank right away, and then I dropped by, I showed them what I was experiencing the bank found two phone numbers to call" Both were disconnected". My bank is putting in for a fraud ticket to get my money back.

It was so easy to use which is so nice and very helpful for video productions or animations. Though I wish it has more voices available for the basic speechelo software. It is a good software.

Am surprised to see that there is no option to easily cancel your subscription through the online profile/account mgmt. One can only upgrade and spend more money through the options provided. There is no way to see what type of subscription one has and a link to unsubscribe. Is not a transparent way of doing business. is it now? Why should someone raise a ticket, attach receipts etc? too much of an overhead created for the customer. No other good websites take this approach. There are no reminders of an impending deduction either, especially when there is no facility to cancel the subscription online.

Beware its a scam , dont buy this product .

I have tried a couple AI tools, and this one definitely came in with the best value proposition. It is very easy to use, and there are times that you have to modify what you are saying to a more phonetical way to get the proper pronunciation, however, with that said it is a really good product. If I had to give any negative feedback it would be the sales tactics when you first buy the product. When you buy the product, it seems very pushy to upgrade to Pro, then to scripting tool...etc. I would have liked to try the base product first to decide if I even wanted PRO. However, as it turns out, I did upgrade to PRO and I do tend to use the PRO voices more. However, it was pretty much, if you don't upgrade now, you can't get the special pricing, and the savings are significant.

Read Carefully and read it all. I paid once only to find out it's a quarterly 50.00 recurring fee. if you don't understand the agreement don't buy.

Immediately after spending your money on Speachelo, you will be redirected to an Upsale attempt because, as it turns out, the upfront version you just bought is a shell of the product promised and cannot be used by you in any way that connects to a generated income(this means youtube). If you do wish to use the program you just bought you have to instantly spend an additional $100usd+ on top of the empty promises they just sold you for around $30usd. Being hit with this level of deception the moment you pay them completely kills any confidence in this company's product, practices, conduct, and integrity.
Their whole business model seems to rely on cornering you into buying your way up a pay ladder of sunk-cost fallacy.

They use a third party seller who never delivered the product and neither company has been willing to make it right so I had to dispute the charge and and still going through a long arduous process just to get a stupid refund.
