Terrible service, they take money and then they offer you to give it back if you rate them with 5 stars.
Update after over 6 months.
They keep sending me the same email over and over, apologizing, acknowledging the mistake, and claiming that the refund process has been initiated. They also keep suggesting that a 5-star review would “help speed things up.”
I’m still waiting for the refund.

Fraudulent website- I had to block my card
This a FRAUD Website.I've been fooled by trying to receive a mistery box and without any notice or to tick any box FAQ or things like that.I received an email saying they sign me up for 65 euros vip membership.I contact them telling them to cancel and they saud it will be cancelled in 14 days. 2 days passed and my bank contacted me to ask about this fraudulent money deduction ,this stupid website tried TODAY to stolen from my card €9 from nowhere,after i bloked my card they sent me an email saying "oh we put your membership at the price of €9 euros" AFTER I BLOCKED MY CARD,THEY ANNONCED ME!I cancelled on June 8 this stupid fraudulent website and on June 10 they try to steal money.Blocking my card was the only option to stop this bullshit pricks. HOW MUCH MONEY DO YOU PAY OTHERS TO PUT YOU AS A TRUSTED WEBSITE??
