We are a custom motorcycle shop building high end machines for our clients. We ordered a 7" LED headlight from SpeedMotoCo. When it came time to install, we noticed fine scratches on the lens and installation markings on plug. Even after the return timeframe expired, SpeedMoto went above and beyond by sending us a perfect light. We truly appreciate this company and the level of customer service they bring. Our shop is proud to be customers of SpeedMotoCo.

Bought an EFI kit. Worked great! easy to install.

I bought the “daymaker” headlight. I realized I bought the wrong thing after it was already shipped. Once the package arrived I sent and email to return. I’ve sent 2 emails since then with 0 response. I’ll never buy from this company again.

Speed Moto provided the worst on line ordering I have ever experienced. I ordered a EFI to Carb conversion kit for my 2003 Harley Softail and they sent me a kit for a Evo motor. I kept the carb and sent the rest back. He then convinced me to take the "plug and play" prewired ignition kit so I did but it did not match my wiring harness even though I had sent him pictures of my connectors. He finally sent me a ThunderHeart stand alone igniton kit which did word. Then the tank petcock adaptor that he sent had damaged threads so I sent it and the petcock back to Speed Moto. He then sent me back a new adaptor but kept the plastic screen for the petcock. I had to contact him and tell him to sent the screen so I could install it in my tank! It belonged to me and he had no right to keep it. This whole process drug on 2 months! Finally, to add insult to injury he overcharged me two hundred dollars for the kit I actually ended up with since I did not use the more exspenive "Plug and Play" model. I informed him of this overcharge and he said "He'd see what he could do'' So if you like incompetence and dishonesty SpeedMoto is the company for you. If I could rate them 0 I would.

The carbs fit and work great! The modification of the battery box was a great help. Keeping 2 carbs in tune will be alot simpler than 4.

Helped me get my dads old bike running with some carbs they recommended. I had very little idea of what to do, but they helped me, and even spoke with my mechanic to make sure everything would fit on my bike correctly.

Carb kit for xs360 is a tragic loss altogether.

Called to place an order and it took five deliveries to get everything I ordered... Then they sent new jets... The bike never ran properly again.

60 some emails in a year later and here I am still tinkering with it. Simply does not work

Bought a cafe hoop. Took forever to ship.
When it arrived completely covered in rust and had a Chinese sticker on it. Could have bought same Chinese hoop on EBay for half the price.

I purchased a 7 inch headlight bucket which turned out to be a 7 1/4 inch bucket. When trying to return, they would not respond to emails or phone calls. I finally got a refund less a restock fee…which was not mentioned in any material received. Poor business practices

Ordered some handle bar controls took 3 weeks to get them. Now that i do have them they dont work straight out the box

I was really excited to find this website for its cool part selection for my cafe racer. I’ll keep this review simple and spare you all the details. I had a really rough start and middle in ordering a headlight. Ultimately they can through and got me the right part. 2 stars for the experience but 5 stars for making it right. Mistakes happen and how you resolve them means everything.

Sent the wrong part and then when I addressed it became very rude and condescending. Making personal reference to my immediate family for some reason and making a mockery of me. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend doing business with this outfit. I’ve never been spoken to so rudely or seen such unprofessional behavior from any business. It’s very sad.
