I purchased an RX Speed Jump Rope from this website.
The rope initially arrived and, after just a couple of uses on a suitable mat for jumps, it became damaged at the impact point, with the coating completely scraping off and exposing the wire underneath.
I contacted Customer Service, and they were very responsive in addressing the issue. They promptly offered to send me a replacement rope, although there was a small hiccup in the shipping process. Initially, the package lacked some crucial delivery details, causing delays. However, after bringing this to their attention, they resolved the issue, and the new rope arrived in perfect condition.
I appreciate their efforts to make things right. Mistakes can happen, but their willingness to provide a replacement shows they care about customer satisfaction.
