I've been waiting 24 hours for them to…

I've been waiting 24 hours for them to release my money they still have not gave me my reward bonus and it's ridiculous that I put my money in here to get my money back not going to give me all these frustrations that's aggravating and I've been waiting since yesterday for my $10 reward when I parked deposit my money through the Bitcoin and I still have not yet to receive it it's crazy and I have asked to speak to management and they won't even let me speak to the higher department or speak to anyone and it's crazy I am a customer they got poor communication they just pathetic I'm not happy simple
