we have emailed your company about thermostatic control bar valve and we have been told sorry you have this problem getting hot water we recommend you take it out and clean but this is a brand new item I have took it out and videoed the item and it is definitely not a new item .it is dirty scaled so obviously not new .we would like a replacement as soon. as possible please

Absolute shambles of an online company. Stay well away. Ordered a bathroom from them. First they changed the date of delivery. Then didnt turn up one day. Between 8- 1 the next day then. Eventually turns up 4.30pm on a Friday. Dumped outside on 2 pallets, left there. Then no taps or waste for the sink. Had to ring speedy bathrooms, who told me nothing he could do . Gave me a customer service number. LUKE then said hed said the taps and waste as a " goodwill gesture" 🤣🤣🤣. Taps arrived 2 days later, guess what ,NO WASTE PIPES. SHOWER OF A COMPANY. AVOID.!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We purchased a shower from Speedy, yet the only thing speedy is the water pouring out of the shower body! The quality is terrible, poor finish, parts all move and spin.
