As easy as EPC
Having searched for an EPC assessor locally via Google, I rang several only to find no answer or leave a message - irritating! I then came across Speedy EPC which has quick and easy online booking. I then got a couple of quick texts beforehand to check all was well, directions etc. They turned up on time and I just let them get on with the assessment, though were helpful and informative when asked questions at the end. All in all, a great service, particularly for the price.
