Good products but not good communication

Editing my review (Nov 24) - The company reached out and offered a solution of spliting my order until the delayed items arrived. I appreciated this effort.

I hope their customer service and systems continue to improve since weeks of no communication and 2 months to get an order is a long time. Communicating on Instagram is not enough. It is understandable that delays happen but letting customers know is critical.

This place seems to have a good selection of toys so I hope they work out the shipping/communication issues. I will wait to see improvements and hopefully be able to order again.

We see that you ordered the Travel set and it was indeed scheduled for mid-October. Unfortunately it has been delayed at Magna-Tiles and all stores are still waiting for this delivery. Your items have been reserved and as soon as the Travel sets arrive next week they will be shipped to you right away!
