Disappointed
Completely different style to the item ordered, more single plaits, no sweep to the side as pictured, strange styling… wasn’t prepared to also pay for returning itt so making it work.
I’m usually happy with my spell beauty purchases but this was very disappointing.

Thank you for your reply however I had already opened the box, removed packaging and started to cut the lace. I wasn’t expecting the styling to be altered. I have brought this unit before; the stitching of plaits and how they lay is not as per the styling on the images on the website, box or what I have received previously, the unit is considered used, so I’ll live with it.

First and last order!
Very disappointing for first order. Pay for delivery. DPD unable to deliver to my paid for address. Left it at pick up shop , not of my choosing. I have to return the wig and pay for return delivery. Not many customers will put up with this lost money already on an item I am not keeping!!

The hair that I bought is not the same…
The hair that I bought is not the same as my pervious orders. I have to take my hair out and I've only had it in for 4 days. I am not happy with this at all.

Best customer service, great products!
Spell Beauty’s customer service is second to none! I’ve ordered several times from them and have never had any issues with next day delivery or the items received - always the best quality and I usually get little freebies in the parcel as well, which is a lovely touch.
My most recent delivery was messed up by DPD and Spell Beauty was so helpful and quick to act to make sure I was refunded. Can’t recommend them any more!!

Order cancelled twice
I had my order cancelled twice and told it was due to a fraudulent transaction without basis!
Almost all my purchases are made online no matter how big or small as I have limited mobility but this was my first time using Spell beauty.
My first order was placed in good faith and paid for via my PayPal account which already has good security checks in place so I was surprised to receive an email a few days later telling me my order was cancelled due to a suspected fraudulent transaction?! What fraudulent transaction if it was authorised by PayPal? The order was paid for spell beauty! When I emailed my objections, I was told I can try placing the order again which I did and this time I used a credit card believing it might be a smoother transaction but unfortunately, another email arrived with the same message as before, informing me that my order was cancelled due to fraudulent transaction.
On what basis would you cancel my order twice please? I emailed my question to your customer services and was ignored.
I have not had a good experience and wondering how many people this has happened to but may have been too embarrassed to get answers.
