The wigs are of a good quality
The wigs are of a good quality, they generally last between 2-3 months of daily wear....BUT
is anyone having problems returning their unwanted purchases. Royal Mail keeps losing my returns. Twice now I've returned the same wig. It came back to me 3 months after first returning and the second time I returned it a month ago, its lost again.
Same return address as normal, so I'm reluctant to keep purchasing if my returns are getting back and delaying my refunds.

Hello there, we're so sorry you keep on having issues with returns. Our address is a huge warehouse in a business state, so they are not missing the address, they are losing the parcel altogether. We unfortunately can't help with Royal Mail, but did you know you're entitled to claim some money back from them if they lose your parcel? You need to make sure that you have proof of posting. The delivery was very poor
The delivery was very poor. They did email to confirm they were delivering the following day but did not show. I went back to reconfirm the delivery date again only to read the update… another email should have just followed to update their not delivery … that way I would have gone to their warehouse to pick it up since I was in the area & I needed the product 1st thing in the morning… I ended up buying from the local shop.
Better still, Spell Beauty should switch to Royal Mail delivery.

I have used Spell Beauty for some time now. The delivery has always been very fast and often includes their magazine and/or a sample.
Recently, for the first time, my order was slightly wrong. This was rectified quickly and with excellent customer service. I would recommend.
