Games delivered to UK in 4 days, which I thought was fast for an overseas order. Regular emails updating me on the order status, including tracking. Packing box was very strong. Excellent service.

Although finally I did not receive the order due to a transport incident. Their customer service worked as they should. Hope I can make another purchase form them in the future.

Great experience

I ordered a game insert I couldn't get in Denmark and 3 week days later I received the item. I am amazed how fast it went and I had no trouble with payment or anything else regarding the order. I would definitely buy from them again.

Goods seller of boardgames

Ordered a boardgame from them. Received loads of emails telling me the progress of my order. It was promptly posted. It was well packed and in pristine condition when it arrived.
The game was delayed a few days going through UK customs, but that's our fault, not theirs.

A good experience despite a few hiccups here and there

The online store has a great selection of articles and the prices are, overall, really honest.

Shortly after my order, they contacted me saying that one of the games I purchased was no longer available but that it would arrive in a week. I waited. Then the week became another week and then another week yet again. I recently had a similar issue with a DIFFERENT seller (still waiting after 4 months for that one), so when the shipping date started to be postponed little by little I got a bit “nervous”. During this period they always promptly replied to all my e-mails so the communication was fine although their estimates often turned out to be rather off. After 3 weeks they finally shipped my order and the day after I received everything. No complaints there, everything is perfect.

Sometimes things go wrong. No one likes it, especially not the paying customers, but it just might happen. I think that they handled the situation pretty well. I would gladly give them 4 stars and a 1/2, but since that’s not possible here, I’ll go with 4 rather than 5 (for now).

Package lost by DHL but refunded

My package was lost by DHL but Mark was responsive to my messages and when it became clear that DHL could not find the package he issued me a refund (it was the last item in stock so a replacement couldn't be sent). While it was unfortunate that I didn't receive my order, it was not the fault of the shop and there was nothing else they could have done. I have confidence to order from them again.

Fast shipping, reasonable prices, nice website

I'm from Germany and ordered an English board/card game (Pusheen Purrfect Pick) which was neither available on the original US page nor in my country. Spelpul is in my neighbor country and I was very lucky that they got this game so I could even avoid extra costs . The shipping was pretty fast (less than a week, maybe this was luck too! ^^) The page itself is also available in English which makes it easier for worldwide customers (like me) to order. The ordering process is very clear and simple (I ordered as a guest). After ordering you see on screen that the order was completed and you see immediately your order number (which is very convenient when you order as a guest and want to know the order number right away. But you get also an E-Mail with all the information). The only downside I found was that you have to pay for using Paypal, but it was less than 2 € so it wasn't bothering me that much (plus the game itself was kinda cheap for an import product, if I had ordered via the original US seller, if they still had that game, it would've costed a lot more due to customs duty)

I'm very happy with the whole process and would definitely buy again! :)

Incredible experience

Incredible experience! Fast shipping, incredible customer support, got my order within 2 days and from a different country. The games were as promised, in perfect condition. All in all, highly recommend this company and will shop again.

Really embarrassing

Really embarrassing.
I was interested in purchasing a kickstarter version of a game, and a week ago I asked about it. No reply to emails, and messages on BGG and Facebook.

Nope, don't do it, go somewhere else.

Do not, under any circumstance, order your games here. They do not respond to your emails, have a timeframe of 2 hours in which they will answer the phone, but even that seems like too much of a hassle for them. Shipping takes ages and if you thought you would get a tracking code: think again. You will not get one, the most you WILL get at Spelspul.nl is a grumpy employee that makes you feel like you're in the wrong for even having the guts to call them about your order.

Again, you are warned: never order here! Go somewhere else with a higher price or more shipping costs, but at least you will be treated like a customer instead of a nuisance in these idiot's day to day life.

8 december 2017 order above 25+ items

just recently addes some items in the shopping basket, i wanted to order different meeples. afther some time i managed to get select al the different meeples and colors. --> went to the shopping basket to see it only got half of the items i selected. it now is the problem that the basket only can take up to 25 different items and i wanted about 35-40.
I had contact with the webshop/shop owner, it replied with: but u can open a second browser en put the remaining items in that basket and order it online. it seemd like a good option only i asked back what about the double shipping costs?
the answer i had back was simple .
u wil pay double shipping costs because it are two different orders (and deal with it).

i am not willing to order at a store that knows that its webshop has a problem and isnt willing to compromise in a solotion that benifits both.

not amused at the store and the contact with the webshop/shop owner.
