Returned goods to China at cost of £26. Tracking says still in Chinese customs pending Spencer and Co contacting them. Spencer and Co have failed to do so despite various requests. Please do not buy from this company…..
I am writing second review of this shocking company I found via an Instagram link thinking it was a UK company!!
Paid £50 for 2 dresses that was of very poor quality. Cost £23 to return with tracking and still no refund, now saying in customs in China.

Con artists! Order 5 dresses at £175, they do not make clear until you need to return that goods need to be returned to China at your cost! Spent £35 in returning the items. Once I had proof they had arrived in China I had confirmation that they were held in customs and they were trying to contact the seller, unsuccessfully!
