Scam service who not let me use my wallet and got my money, stay far away from this.

They don't even answer tickets

Reporting them to the BBB and FBI

Stolen my money! they just suspend my wallet with funds (over 14000$) and ignoring all my emails, block me on tweeter, telegram! And nothing I can do

The people they have doing customer service are mentally stunted. It took me over two months to update my address because it takes them forever and they argued that a lease wasn’t enough proof of address, by the time my card was sent I moved. Now I am trying to update it again... they took over a week to answer me to let me know that I need to message from my e mail on the account, mind you this is my e mail I used a few months prior to update my address and actually is the one on the account. All of this because I have money stuck on their “spend coin” because their system is flawed and won’t let me convert it. So it’s stuck without this impossible to get card .

I love the Spend app. I’ve been a Black Cad VISA. Holder for almost 2 years..I’ve had a few issues with spend but they were all resolved.. I believe in the long run these guys will be on top of the World

I've been a loyal user of spend for over 6 month. I'm a black card holder. Being a black card member of Spend ( you have to stake their token, at current value is $200 worth), you earn 6 percent back on all visa charges. Also, when you refer someone and they successfully sign up, that person and your self receive $100 in their native token. Those referral bonuses are held for 30 days. You can invest in a wide variety of tokens including BTC, ADA, XRP, XLM, the list goes on. Also within the app, you can spend that token anywhere Visa is accepted. The App allows you to switch easily between various crypto tokens. Today you can spend Bitcoin, tomorrow Ethereum, next day Cardano or even switch up through out the day, all earning up to 6% back. Techsupport is already to assist. Some more complicated challenges may take up to 24 to 48 hours, but they will solve your issue.

Beware!! This people took my money and never gave it back to me. I sent several emails and now they don't answer back anymore! Let me explain:
They have me the option to get a visa debit card, to get it I had to send a deposit of my hard earned money so I did. After a week of waiting I sent them an email asking when I'm getting my card, they replied telling me they do not offer the card anymore!! I said ok can I get my deposit back? They said sure soon you will get it, I ask when and they never replied, even now I sent them an email and no answer. These people are disgusting, they make you pay for a service they don't offer and on top of that they don't give you your money back!!! Really unfair!!
It's been a several weeks and still no answer from them at all, they scam people.
