I use to be connected by facial recognition, so when you are asking my code, I don't remember anymore!

Spendesk is simple and straightforward, allows you to focus on your work rather than burocracy to request approvals everytime.

Very easy to use, I have used it for three different trips and each time it has been very easy to send my expenses.

Spendesk is one the best tool an accountant can have in the market to make his life easier. i don't remember facing bugs or shutdown. i guess it is not a bank so the missing option would be to have the possiblity to refund money via a personnal iban if employees have to reimburse (for payments made by mistake for personal use on the spendesk credit card) otherwise we will have to make some accounting records if the refund payment is done on another bank account. Regarding the bookepping process the internal control process is well done with approval chains.

We also should have a way to modify the invoice vouchers easily. i can add on the "bookeep" side but can't modify for example so if i have to import i have to delete manually the line for the unwilling attachment i have to remove on the excel file.

The support team is also available upon request.

Very user friendly with mobile application.

- the amounts are not always correct processed in case of photo etc. suggest warning to users to check
- several payments are still in pending file, while they were paid... what is the reason, it is confusing...

Easy to use. You get an invoice and simply need to take a picture for spendesk to grab the information. I haven't had any issue since I started using it 3 months ago.

Spendesk is a great tool and works well 99% of the time.

However, the 1% of the time that there is an issue you're on your own - our month end close is currently delayed by 2 weeks and counting because SPENDESK lost the data due to a bug and have not yet provided it.

Terrible customer service who is not able to help on the simplest issue. I have been logged out of my account for +3 days not being able to log in because I am never receiving the confirmation code to access. When I notify the customer service team, all they do is tell me they are "working on it" and "escalating the issue". Escalating the simplest issue an user can face, which is logging into my account? Terrible experience.

Spendesk is an intuitive, concise, practical tool. I think that its use is an advantage both for those who have to report/justify their expenses and for the companies that offer it.

After acquisition by Adyen funding transfer options have been limited down to two, which not technically possible for our companies. It means we have to transfer all subscriptions manually. Spendesk support is useless, only standard phrases, no solutions or efforts to help. Pain of customer is not heard. No escalation procedure, no emergency hot line.

Nearly impossible to get my money out.
Still 2 years after my company was closed i can't get my money out of the spendesk wallet because they want company bank or company documents.
THE COMPANY IS CLOSED! I NEED THE MONEY OUT

Spendesk is a user-friendly and easy-to-use platform. I'm an HR, and I use it to validate some expenses but also to deal with my providers. I love using it!
