Great support and guidance!

The team at Sphere made my job search a lot easier. Naturally trying to find a new job whilst working is hard work and time consuming. however Alice made it much easier.

The constant support on explaining the jobs and my tasks ensured I fully understood what was being asked.

Would definitely work with Sphere again.

The recruiters at sphere were extremely supportive. I spoke to two ladies, Jenny and Nusrat, and I can’t thank them enough for their help during the process.

Mattieu helped me during 4 phases recruitment process with very valuable information about what's really important in every coming phase. He was very helpful, nice and called me before and after every phase of the recruitment process. Thumbs up!

Working with Charlotte was an absolute pleasure. At the beginning of the interview process, she took time to get to know me and the exact outcome I wanted. She went above and beyond providing interview advice and help with presentations. She was excellent in her negotiations with each company and kept me regularly updated and well informed of the stages of each interview. Charlotte was always pleasant, really easy to deal with and I would recommend her to anyone at any stage of their career.

My experience of Sphere from beginning to end was excellent - My consultant Amrita was really lovely, knowledgeable and professional.

The role and company that Amrita approached me with were absolutely made for me. A perfect fit.

I had the best experience you can ever have with a recruitment agency!
The team follows up very promptly and only put me forward for roles that would suit my criteria and that I was a good fit.
I mainly dealt with Dan and Lewis and they were great! They took the time to get to know me and what I am looking for.
This is no ordinary recruitment agency as they are very proactive getting you in front of the hiring manager.
I can't fault these guys since they are extremely professional, organised and sympathetic! I hope I get to work with them in the near future in order to ensure my next move.

Gabs is great. very thorough and personal. She has a genuine interest in the people she is looking to place... and understated quality in a recruiter.

Never heard back from the 2 recruiters I was in contact with about the roles I was going for. Constantly had to chase them for Feedback. Got in touch directly with a company they put me in touch with to find out what the next stages were and I was advised they went with another candidate because HR had not sorted the agreement with Sphere.

Overall never had such a lack of communication and left in the lurch.

Poor communication in general and never heard back with feedback from my interview despite chasing Rob and Dave 3 times

Mary has been wonderful throughout the recruitment process, giving a good perspective on the roles and companies, superb organisational skills and supplying me with information and aids to give me a headstart going in to interviews.

Lizzie and Charlie were absolutely incredible when it came to finding me the perfect job after University. They really listened to what I wanted and they made the process so enjoyable and easy for me.They always rang to check up on how I was and to ask how interviews went, and supported me the whole way through the process!
