Ordered a bra in August. 5 weeks later and it has apparently been shipped from the US and is in another part of the UK. Reading other reviews, I suspect I've been scammed, and I suspect this is another fake Chinese company. Will be going down the chargeback route, but please don't waste your money. I'll never again order anything advertised on Facebook; they obviously get a cut of the proceeds of scams from fake companies.

This company is a scam do not use items I ordered has never arrived

Terrible customer service. Has taken as least 6 weeks to arrive and they over charged me. The item is poor quality and I want to return for a refund but they have blocked all the ways to returns. Total waste of money. Worst I have experienced. Do not buy anything from this company.

I ordered two bras re an advertisement on Facebook this was on 29th August still waiting. I hope this is not a scam

I placed an order on 27 August but had no idea the parcel would be coming from the USA as it was sold in £Sterling. I have been waiting three weeks now and it has only just reached a sorting centre in the UK. This is my latest tracking advice:

I bought two magnetic dressing up dolls for my granddaughters. They took ages to arrive and are so tiny and rubbish quality I am too embarrassed to give the presents to them. I feel very foolish having bought from this company.

Sadly should have researched before purchase of 2 bras however the debit on my card was almost £5 more than it should be by another company name. Sphericalm claim they have no record of my order I have gone down credit card reclaim route. Avoid this company.

Ordered 2 bras from this company. Money taken. No bras. No confirmation email. Why these scammers think they can get away with this I don't know. I will be reporting to the police. They don't even deserve 1 star. Everyone is struggling in this day and age. FB should be monitoring who advertises on their site but they don't care as long as they get their advertising fee. SCANDALOUS

I have just bought a toy for my grandchildren, price was £9.99 and 10% off if you bought 2 also free shipping if I spent over £13, and they took £22 even though the total amount was £17.99.

I ordered sandals on April 8th 2023 and shipping kept updating progress until May 6th when they said that my parcel was in Galwsy Ireland and that was the last I heard from them Several emails later they just kerp telling me to have patience until I hear from shipping. They refuse to refund my money. So it is obviously a scam and should be avoided like the plague. Ann Finn. Ireland.

I thought I paid £28 for a video camera and was charged £33, and I can't get a reason for the difference, when I ask a question about the difference and delivery I am sent web links which I will not use as they are from an unknown source.

This is a complete scam.
I ordered one of those tiny video cameras advertised on social media. The thing didn’t work at all. They wouldn’t offer a replacement or refund. The world does not need people like this in it.
I wish death to all concerned.

Update: Monday 14th August they offered me £2 compensation. Yes, that’s 2 ENGLISH pounds.

I was a little sceptical when I ordered 2 pairs of swim shorts from them via a Facebook advert and after reading the reviews on trust pilot but they kept me informed via e mail on the shipping progress and delivered in two weeks, the goods were as advertised, really quite pleased with their service

If I could give this company a zero I would.
Please dont order from them as they are a scam company.
Not only do they advertise false products but also dont refund your money when you realise you have been scammed.
Please stay away..
They lead you to believe they ste based in UK, but they really in China.
I ordered good to the time of £42 and when I complained about the items sent instead they tried to offer me £3.

I ordered a camera paid since then nothing no confirmation of shipping no tracking number a big fat zero since then ive read up on them and looks like ive been scammed.

Ordered a dress 2 months later still not arrived think they use other company’s videos total scam!! Don’t buy from them 😡😡😡😡😡
