USELESS WEBSITE. PROMISSES FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY, BUT LEVIES A CHARGE. NOT ONLY THAT< THEY NEVER SENT ANYTHING! NOT ONLY THAT, THEY DID NOT REPLY TO EMAILS!. TOTALLY UNRELIABLE!

Spicebazar cancelled my order 'due to unforeseen circumstances,' with no further explanation. They did sent a refund promptly which I appreciated.

Order not received, no communication

Placed an order for quite a few products and they took a very long time to be delivered. The products in jars were fine, but the spice packet products, such as corriander, cumin, had very little time left on their best before dates. I bought a very big bag of mixed herbs, which the use by date expired on the day of delivery. Worse of all were the four packs of papadoms. They were all way out of date, one pack by over a year, they smelled foul. I immediately mailed the 'care' e mail address and received an apology and told I would get a refund. I mailed back and said just send me some in date papadoms, but I have not received the replacements or a refund, and I guess I'm never going to. Will not buy from them again.

We received a faulty NATCO Jaggery from Spice Bazaar. I would say fraud instead of faulty because it was done purposefully to clear expired products. They sent outdated product by replacing new Label On top of Expired product. This is Shame for such little amount doing such thing We purchased the NATCO Jaggery for family including my son. After removing the fake label, found original Label underneath and it was expired.

AVOID purchasing goods.

My product arrived on time, was packed securely and as I wasn’t in left in a sensible place by the courier. But what I appreciated most of all was that my order was for a discontinued line and unlike the terrible money grabbing people on eBay who hike the prices on discontinued lines you sold at the correct price and I have to say how refreshing it is to find an honest trader! Thank you and well done!

Exactly what I order, quick delivery

I received the package with leaked shampoo bottle. Shampoo was everywhere. I had to wash all the packets. I emailed the customer care team with the photos. They never bother to reply. I will never buy from this site ever again

Absolutely appalling service. I made an order of £9.99, I was told it was dispatched.

Then I get a refund for £4.99, no item. Why wasn't my £5.00 postage refunded. No response from them, I do not recommend looking to purchase again.

There was some issue with my address, the problem was sorted speedily and professionally.
