Very good quality, other than few issues with DPD it is the same top quality service. When order get delayed their customer service responded very quickly and assured me and updated where it is and arrival time, though it is the fault of DPD, SpiceBazar took that extra step. Great!!

Refunds for the Nil stocks
The delivery was fast and customer communications is excellent (before the shipment).
The only trouble/issue I noticed is, if item is not shipped due to No Stock, they are not communicating via email and refunding the money immediately.
You need to request for refund via an email or call and refunds are processed immediately. I think this is an additional work for the customer to request for the refund every time.
Apart from this the quality of the items received are excellent.
