The only order you've ever made for a necklace with a gold cross was yesterday, and it just shipped out. I'm not sure how you would say it's missing as it's still in transit.

So far, so good! Placed an order about 11pm and I got a confirmation email the next morning that my order had shipped with FedEx... Clicked the link, and FedEx had the package.
I was worried that this could be a scam, but so far so good! Now I can only hope the chain & pendant look as good as all the reviews said. I will post again after it arrives, and I can check it out....
