As explained to you, the 12mm x 20" was what you ordered. The 24" has been sold out since March 28th, nearly 2 weeks before you placed your order and it's not possible to place an order for a sold out item.

Order Accuracy
Spicyice.com provides real good quality jewelry at an affordable price but their attention to customer orders needs to be addressed and improved for future customers. I order 2 white gold compass rings and a white gold initial necklace. The necklace was accurate but i got 2 gold nugget rings instead. Sure the rings are more expensive but it's not what I ordered.
