2-day shipping does not mean 2-day…
2-day shipping does not mean 2-day shipping!
I ordered $300 worth of merchandise on a Friday via Express (2-day shipping). They didn’t send it out until the NEXT Thursday and it’s not due to be delivered until the following Monday at 7pm (our plane leaves at 6 am that morning).
I called Spicy Lingerie’s “customer service” reps (a few different ones) and they were not willing to help (not even upgrade my status to Saturday delivery (at my expense!) so I could receive my package before I leave on Monday).
They stated they had the weekend off for the Thanksgiving holiday, which is interesting because Canada celebrates Thanksgiving in October and they are based in Ontario.
Their reps just told me to find the tiny shipping link on the home page where you must read through a lot of material to find that it takes 1 business day to process and up to 3 to leave the wherehouse. Then, even if you select 2 day shipping, Saturday delivery isn’t included. In my case, by the time it arrives, it will have been a week and 3 days after I submitted the order.
They did not care at all. Just kept saying, “if you read our policies...).
So, just be aware, if you need your package quickly, don’t order from Spicy Lingerie; use Amazon—they ship quickly no matter what type of shipping you choose.
