I’m absolutely delighted with my purchase from Spidersworld.eu — five stars for both service and eight-legged fluff! 🤩
From first contact their communication was clear, prompt and professional; every question I had was answered quickly and courteously.

Shipping was fast and handled with obvious care: the tarantulas arrived in excellent condition, calm and healthy — you can tell they pack with expertise and respect for the animals.
Despite my slightly dramatic excitement, Jarosław, my contact at Spidersworld, stayed very polite, calm and helpful the whole way, which I appreciated very much.

Not to be dramatic, again, but — I just can’t seem to stop myself😉: these little velvet-leg aristocrats are even more charming in person than in the photos.

Fantastic shop with a huge selection and really great prices. All the animals I ordered arrived alive and have already settled in. I was able to communicate by email, and the person was very friendly and efficient. In short, I recommend them 100%!

Ordered three spiders and they arrived alive and in absolutely fantastic condition, despite deliveries in my country being finicky and thus them getting held for an extra day. They were packed with a heat pack and that helped! They're absolutely beautiful spiders and I've had no issue with them, excellent service and excellent shipping!

First order was one single spider, a female that came in great condition and really fast. The communication was both great and fast.

The second time I ordered a few females and a bunt of slings, this was late November, came very well packed with heat pack. Every sling looked to be in good condition and are thriving as of now. Once again the communication was awesome, got all my questions answered and the delivery was fast.

Would really recommend! Will buy again!

Amazing experience with purchasing from here. Spiders arrived in 24hr from Poland to Ireland which I didint know was even possible. They arrived earlier than stated. all safe with a heat pack and were all very lively getting out of the containers. They were packaged extremely well and protected. The best customer service I've ever experienced in my 34 years of living. I ordered 5 spiders and the packaging was really good. Even with UPS making mistakes the spiders arrived alive and well. Im really happy and will definetely order again in the future. For now Ill enjoy my 5 new spiders.

Ordered this January and it's cold but the spider was packed in 7 layers and a heat pack so I bet she hasn't felt the cold. Also shipped on the 7th, arrived on the 8th, 2 country s away.

My son ordered a hoodie May 15 and has not received it or got an email.
The site is a scam and not trudtworthy!

They where professional in taking care of packaging ecc but unfortunately 3 days after arrival the spiderling passed away and when I informed them they never offered me to send me a new spiderling. So disappointed.

Best!👌 place to buy arachnids in eu so calm yet full of energy when going into their new home (no kicking no bolt out of enclosure) tho close with the faster once. Gorgeous specimens! Told in a comment that my balfouri was missing a spinneret, this order I was confused got an extra with bm on it, sure enough it was a balfouri? I dident even ask for it! Extremely good service really appreciated place that know spiders!

1 month and 11 days since they "sent" a package. Package never arrived my country. Seller told me multiple times before sending, there would be no refund. Now i know why. Probably never sent a package..

Absolute stupidity. Changed the website to GBP as it's available in various currencies, only to be told during checkout that the products can't be delivered by their available carriers and to amend the cart. I don't want to amend the cart, I want to order the items I've selected. It's not my problem you don't have association with any carriers yet still choose to advertise that you can provide the items to a country using the appropriate currency.
