Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service, didn’t provide service I paid for and now trying to take me to court for a small amount even though I agreed to pay what is fair. Shouldn’t be allowed to do business

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way.

The service in question was provided in line with our agreed terms and remained active throughout the invoiced period. As a subscription service, charges apply while the service is provisioned, regardless of usage.

We made several attempts over a number of months to resolve the outstanding balance, including offering a structured payment plan, which was not set up.

We remain open to resolving this matter promptly.
