On Dec 1, I received a system notification inside my GG.bet account stating that 45,139 PLN was credited as real funds. It was not a bonus and required no activation from me.

After I asked support about it, the notification was manually removed from my account without notice or consent.

GG.bet provided inconsistent explanations (tech error, wrong amount, formatting issue, “just a message”).

Casino Guru confirmed the notification existed and was removed, but closed my complaint because this cashback was not defined in the casino’s rules.

This raises serious transparency and trust issues. A casino should not be able to retroactively delete system notifications about real money.

"Trust pilot" suggested ur platform, I think between 3 to 4 months I made more than 50 deposit, and on 23rd September I made 1837/- rupees and today 7th of October, And also the joke is for financial team need another many time to clarifying my successfully transaction.
