Extremely garbage service, the item is ordered isn't here yet for 18 days already, the tracking hasn't updated in 5 days, I don't know even where it is right now. its supposed to protect my device I bought. If it takes so long to deliver, why not tell in advance so I could've paid more and got it from somewhere else. Pathetic company avoid at all costs.

Bought a case that was advertised for s25 Ultra as Magfit. I'm no IT expert so assumed that this meant the inbuilt magnet would mean wireless fast charging. But not quite. For the S25 Ultra it must be Qi2 certified. Spigen didn't volunteer that information. When I wanted to exchange my case for a Qi2 certified case within the permitted 30 day cooling off period, Spigen/Pro Gadget would only accept it if the package was still unopened. As that was not possible I have taken my business elsewhere and recommend others who value their money to do the same. Would have given zero star rating if I could.

My experience with these guys was good. Quick delivery and easy. Decent packaging too- exactly what I like

As for the product - You always know Spigen cases are going to be some of the best you can get. They never dissapoint

I ordered the wrong spigen case, then ordered the correct spigen case.
Pro Gagets refunded the wrong order after I sent the case back.
Postage and delivery time is very good. These Spigen cases are the best I've ever used. This is my 4th case for Samsung phones.

Ordered a case for my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, it arrived in 5 days to an address in Queensland, I LIVE IN WESTERN AUSTRALIA. Have requested a refund and if it doesn't go through I will be disputing the charge.

Cancelled my order for an IPhone 12 Pro case without any communication. Unfortunately, I'm now stuck with a bike+case mount that I bought from another store.

What's the point of a mount without a case? The website is still showing the case is in stock but clearly is not the case. Pretty poor customer experience.

Case broke within 1 month of use. $130 CASE.

Contacted them and they won't replace it.

Buy from original brand, don't buy through this scam company.

I actually bought my Spigen Screen Protector for Ipad Pro 12.9 from their other site SpigenStoreAustralia.com. The site was easy to use and navigate and put the order in then I got my invoice copy. I was a little paranoid because the invoice email came from a gmail.com instead of a company domain and I thought it was a scam but it wasn't! I did some digging and it is actually another site and another business name for the same company Pro Gadgets, Pro Tential Pty Ltd.

I got the product in perfect condition real quick - literally in just 2 days. Ordered Sunday arvo, got it on Tuesday morning. So happy with my purchase and will purchase again. Highly recommend plus free shipping!

Rubbish products. Purchased a Z Fold 3 case. I went to remove the case to adjust a screen protector and the case snapped due to the inferior quality. Ask for a refund and their customer service blamed me for the damage from the phone falling. I told them it was due to the poor quality of the case. They then offered me a discount on a replacement product. I refused as I didn't want to waste anymore money on their overpriced junk products.

I purchased a Case for a new Google Pixel 5a. Had a lot of trouble finding such a case in Australia, but having found and ordered it, it arrived within 4 days using Australia Post.
Product fits the phone nicely, makes the phone easy to hold and use, and stops the rocking that occurs from the camera lens without the case.

This company is a scam. They are falsely associating with Spigen although they have no actual connection and are not authorised to sell their products. I have notified Spigan, PayPal and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission. Be wary as I believe they are supplying other unscrupulous online stores such as Kogan, Catch and Dick Smith.
