Customer Service is Superb.
Superb. One thing that is important to me is that I get PDFs of the RPG books I buy. First, these guys are members of Bits and Mortar, making it easy to do so. Second, I email them immediately after I place the order for a book asking for the PDF. Today, it took them 12 minutes to send the download link. Last time I ordered from them, the physical books were sent in less than 30 minutes. I mean seriously, if that kind of service isn't worth five stars, what is?
Addendum, as I write this review, the books were sent. It took them 21 minutes. And they sent me the PDFs in the meantime.

Bought the game and received it in perfect condition two days later. Very clearly advertised as English language (for which I’m grateful). The price I paid with shipping to an address in Denmark was less than the other online game stores I’d found. No complaints about the service at all hence 5 stars.
