Before I gave up, FAQ and email asked for different documents. I asked support and got a vague wait message — what a joke.

i started with a small £112 test while my coffee went cold.

Cashier rules and bonus terms contradicted each other.

Then Oliver from live chat sent a reply about something else.

By the evening I had more screenshots than answers.

Tuesday evening was when the problem started. The document list changed after i uploaded my proof of address. It was already my second coffee, so maybe I was impatient, but still. The whole thing felt messy rather than just slow.
