I'm not sure If this company is run by a small child or just doesn't understand anything whatsoever about how to operate an enticing business model. Not only do they illegally in most states operate outside of the bounds of a social casino, not having any way to play promotional play for free (have to spend real money to "unlock" the daily freebie. You know... The entire reason these places can legally operate and pretend to be different from any other casino...) but even worse... YOU CANT USE THE MONEY YOU WIN FROM SLOTS OR ANY OTHER GAME TO CONTINUE PLAYING!! Any winnings get locked and cannot be used, or exchanged or anything. Not unless you PAY THEM EVEN MORE MONEY SO YOU CAN USE THE MONEY YOU ALREADY EARNED/PAID FOR! HAHAHAHA I have NO idea who's genius idea it was to make that decision but that absolute genius needs to stop having ideas of any kind.

Why... WHY would you think it would EVER go well to have a website... THAT MAKES PEOPLE PAY MONEY TO USE THE THING THEY JUST PAID MONEY FOR AND/OR EARNED OTHERWISE???

If you are this broke and can't even afford to offer the daily like everyone else does... Why even open this kind of website... You'll never make it in this industry. You are born to fail immediately.

Oh I forgot... You can't redeem your impossible to use to begin with "winnings" (lol winnings... That's funny) on anything useful. Unless you specifically like designer purses and other ridiculous and insane brand name gift cards that are all from brands that rich mindless NPCs spend Fortunes on thinking a glorified grocery sack that says some dudes name on it makes them fancy and superior... Even though said items are the same cheap crap as the ones that cost 1/1000th. Anyway.

In summary, spinsaga is the place for you! IF you enjoy not being able to use the winnings you get, not getting any conceivable whatsoever incentive to even visit the website to begin with due to lack of daily, bad website design, and if all this wonderful stuff hasn't already sold you and won you over (how could it not?? Who doesn't love shoveling money into a dumpster during free time! That's a given...) but if you manage to overcome the hilarious system of real money play... Sorry... "Promotional" play... They have... You'll be greeted by a wonderful selection of... Useless and mind numbingly awful gift cards to spend your hard earned, paid for 15 times to be able to even look at, "not real money, but no different than if it were literally just real money "winnings".

If you find yourself in the all too common situation we all know all too well where your only two choices of things to do today are either jumping into a very old, very rusty, and VERY slow woodchopper, feet first, whilst being forced to listen to any modern female singer about heroically existing as a woman is a divine feat of heroism somehow, OR playing at spinsaga with all of its inarguably tempting reasons to play here over it's 50 competitor sites that offer dailies and useable winnings and other boring stuff... Well... Then obviously playing at spinsaga is what any sane person should chose to... Absolutely still not do because that would be insane and nobody should support a business that has no incentive nor reason to exist over it's infinitely superior competition sites.

Now let's see if the owners are also shady like so many others and will try and abuse their trustpilot paid status to remove this review. I would suggest you don't. Find out why at your own peril.

This is a bad casino
the reason for this is that you can only cash out like 500 euro at a time, but not only that, they take ages to give you the money. I foresay waited 1 month before receiving it, they just kept on postponing it.
The reason i gave it 3 stars is only because they have a great amount of games to play, and also i got really lucky on their casino.
This casino is great if you dont really care about receiving your money too fast. Be careful guys

I asked for my withdrawal on 12/4/2024, it's been 26 days and so far nothing, I've never seen a casino with such bad support and such bad withdrawals. All good comments can be sure that they are bots. Don't use this casino!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CASINO

I've been trying to withdraw money from this casino, and whenever i contact the live support they always come with the same bull**** excuse telling that you're a valuable customer and that the payment will be prioritize and they never pay you anything. They already took 4 times the time to payout the withdraw then what they advertise and they say they have many withdrawls requests queued.

Beware, don't give any money to this casino they are a bunch of people that can't pay what winnings you get

I won 170€ which I got after 5 days. Withdrawal was made on Sunday and got paid on Revolut on Friday. They said I should have it on Monday on Live Chat on Friday. I believe this casino is 100% legit. But cool that others cancel their withdraw. I always make mine, so more for me.

Yesterday I was about to get paid after waiting for 5 business days.
On live chat they told me that there was an issue with their internet payment provider and they asked me to re submit my withdrawal and wait another week of course. Not even 1 apology.
Via email they told me that everything seems to be okay and I should talk with my bank.

I think they pretty know what they’re about to do and give you multiple answers until you get bored! IF I DONT RECEIVE MY MONEY THIS WEEK THAT WILL BE MY LAST TIME PLAYING HERE AND I WILL DO WHAT IT TAKES TO PUBLISH MY REVIEW EVERYWHERE. That’s u professional. When we pay on time we except to get paid on time. Simple as that!

My second attempt and request was cancelled because of their payment system provider failure.
They asked me to resubmit a 3rd request using the BANK TRANSFER option.

I am very disappointed. I don’t think this is an isolated incident based on other reviews.

Finally I got paid using the bank transfer method. Although my experience wasn’t pleasant. They need some improvement on their payments definitely.

A lovely lady named caitlyn helped me she kept me informed about why it was taking so long and apologised for it even tho it was out of her control.awesome experience I had and she helped me greatly so thank you was a pleasure

They’re always fast and I’ve had no problems getting my questions answered about withdrawls. But sometimes it takes a little while for them to get back to me on some issues.

I deposited 10€ and made about 800€ profit. I played most of my money and cashed out at the amount of 500€. This was OVER 2-3 WEEKS AGO. I contacted the support team but as soon as I connected with someone on the live chat they left the chat and then I couldn’t hop back in or start a new one. I wrote them an email about my situation and they said they were going to add my money to my bank in 3-5 BUISNESS DAYS. 2 days later I log in to my spinanga account to deposit and play 20€. And I found the 500€ outside of the withdrawal section. I know I didn’t cancel my withdrawal and nobody has access to my account. So I contacted them after putting the 500€ back to the withdrawal section and they replied with the same answer. “Your money will be in your bank account in 3-5 business days excluding Saturday and Sunday. I am still waiting 1 week later. I will keep you updated just in case they have a problem with withdrawal but my opinion is that they are scammers so be careful where you gamble !

Update: today it is 18/11/2024.

A full 2 weeks and a half after my review and still nothing from spinanga.

Although they did respond to my emails they told me that my amount would take about 3-5 business days to be transferred to my bank account.

Well… guess what, it’s been about 7 days excluding the weekend and still nothing
Choose other casinos to gamble and have a nice time. It is not worth waiting months to get your money. And this is all over a few hundred bucks. What if you make thousands ? How long your withdrawal’s gonna take, a year ?
Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Waiting on a withdraw for 12 banking days and still nothing. Lack of customer service and when you get to contact them always the same copy-paste messages. They say that for technical issues all the withdraws are late.
If you cannot keep up with the amount that people withdraw, better close the company. What a shame!
I asked for a back office number ticket for me to not explain everytime my issue and they said that for security matters that cannot even give me a tracking number.
I’m starting legal actions finally cause is the 5th time happening. Enough is enough!
