SpinBetter is refusing to process my…
SpinBetter is refusing to process my withdrawal.
They accepted my deposit, allowed me to gamble, and only after I requested a withdrawal they started asking for verification related to a completely different transaction (28.26 USDT), which is not mine.
I provided evidence from their own system, but they keep ignoring it and delaying the process.
Additionally:
* Their verification requests are inconsistent
* They are requesting irrelevant documents
* They are blocking my withdrawal without valid reason
I attempted to submit a complaint via official channels, however:
* AskGamblers complaint system is not working
* Curaçao eGaming complaint system is unavailable (website errors and maintenance)
Due to this, I have escalated the case directly via email to the regulator.
This situation strongly suggests intentional delay or refusal to pay winnings.
I strongly advise others to be careful with this casino.

SpinBetter accepted deposits while I was under active self-exclusion. After I raised the issue and requested a refund, my account was closed and my emails are being ignored.
Also My previous reviews on AskGamblers were accepted, but after reporting an issue with SpinBetter, my review suddenly was rejected.
At the same time, platforms like AskGamblers and Casino Guru are partners of Spinbetter casino . It is clearly said on their website.
