STAY AWAY! SpinBetter is holding my 1 470 € winnings and refusing to verify my official Revolut PDF statement. Their support (Aubrey and Roger) provides contradictory information, claiming 14 hours and then 14 days for verification. I have already opened a formal complaint on CasinoGuru (ID: NMtriple). Deposit deducted but not credited – no proper support

I made a deposit of ₹33,000 on 9 March 2026 using UPI (Ref: 606898864308). The amount was successfully debited from my bank account and transferred to the UPI ID provided.

However, the amount was never credited to my gaming account. I have provided all required proofs including bank statement, payment confirmation, and transaction details.

Initially, support responded saying the request is being processed, but later they claimed the funds were not received. After that, responses became stopped.

As per my bank records, the money has already been credited to the recipient account. I have also raised a UPI dispute with my bank to trace the transaction.
This situation is very concerning.

I request the company to properly investigate with their payment provider and resolve this issue at the earliest.
