Spin blitz support look at my account and tell me where my money went because I only used 358 dollars of my winnings of 4200 dollars your support team has over 40 emails uploads pictures of the 2 cards they wanted verified I have them all also and screen shots of the night of March 6th .have been trying to get these 2 cards verified look at the date now. I should have been verified a long time ago now my money has mysteriously vanished now how did that happen? And the Venmo card in question with the misspelling of my first name a supervisor sent me a email telling you it was a mistake a missprint on there end and it is my account and that isn’t good enough. Venmo is not a bank it is slot like Cash App you put money on your card or other people can send you money there is no bank statement. But on the other hand there I a statement of what is sent to you or what you add to the card and what you spend , it does not have you reboot card number only your name that is what people find you such as $GenaFrenc-14. I cannot change Venmo statement to a PDF format and add the debit card number myself it’s not legal for me to do . I still don’t have my new card with the correct spelling it should be here any day but you somehow mysteriously lost my money that I did not use because I was waiting on this verification. I don’t understand why that you want me to send you everything again. I have screenshots of every email and every picture I sent you and every upload so if I have to get them printed out on paper and get copies of them to, I can send something to you, but that’s gonna prolong everything and where’s my money. I have not won on this site. I log in everyday for my daily bonus and have saved and played 20 to 30 dollars and NO WIN. I dont know what the rtp is but I assume that if a game has high violality you are suppose to win. Not on spinblitslz. If it wasnt for the daily bonuses I would not play and I have been playing for almost a year.

You may get one good spin for every 200 spins and then it will give hundreds of dead spins in a row. Customer service will make you wait and hour and if you miss the one minute window to reply they will close your chat. The more I play it the more click bait I see.
Edit: After a 600$ loss I decided to delete my account. They offered 5$ for me to stay. 5$ out of 600. Nice.
Edit: I will say they're reply was better than most.

It has now been several days since my last response, and SpinBlitz has not followed up despite continuing to respond to other, newer Tristpilot reviews.
In their previous reply, they stated they would review the matter if I provided transaction details. I confirmed that I can provide full documentation, including dates, times, and card details, and asked them to contact me directly so I could submit this information.
Since then, I have received no contact from them, OR response through any channel, including email, Facebook, or Instagram.
At this point, it appears the company is selectively responding publicly while failing to engage in any actual resolution process.
****INTIAL REVIEW - 3/17/26
My account (ID: 1605631069) was permanently closed by SpinBlitz on February 23, 2026. Despite this, the company continued processing transactions after the closure date, totaling over $700.
During this time, I had no access to my account and could not use any services associated with those charges.
I fully complied with all platform requirements and made multiple attempts to resolve this directly through email, live chat, and social media, but received no response.
Due to the lack of resolution, I have formally disputed these transactions with my financial institution and submitted complaints to consumer protection agencies.
Charging customers after account closure while denying access to services raises serious concerns about business practices and consumer protections.
I am requesting a full refund of all transactions made after February 23, 2026.
****EDIT - RESPONDING TO THEIR 1st REPLY:
Your response confirms that once an account is closed, no further activity should be possible. However, after receiving confirmation that my account was permanently closed on February 23, 2026, your system continued to accept and process transactions.
A permanently closed account should not be capable of accepting deposits or payments under any circumstances. Any transactions processed after closure are therefore invalid and indicate a failure in your system controls, not user action.
Additionally, your Terms of Service regarding virtual currency do not apply to transactions accepted on an account that has already been terminated.
This matter has already been disputed with my financial institution and reported to consumer protection agencies.
I am requesting a full refund of all transactions made after February 23, 2026..

The transactions in question were not pending or authorized prior to the February 23, 2026 account closure. They were initiated and processed after the account had already been confirmed as permanently closed.
If your position is that these transactions were linked to prior authorizations, please clearly identify:
• The specific dates and times of authorization
• The corresponding transaction IDs
• Evidence that these authorizations occurred before account closure
Absent that, these transactions were accepted on a closed account and are invalid.
I have already attempted to resolve this directly through your support channels, including email and social media, without response. Supporting transaction records—including dates, times, and the last four digits of the card used—are available and can be provided upon request. You may contact me via email to obtain these details, and inform me of which email to securely send these documents to.
I am again requesting a full refund of all transactions made after February 23, 2026.
