I am very disappointed in this site
I am very disappointed in this site. I use it a lot and have put in a lot of money. I requested a withdrawal almost 2 wks ago and still waiting for my winnings, they said after 5 days of waiting that my bank had rejected the payment, I then contacted the bank who advised they didnt. I went bk to spinbuddha for proof of my bank rejection which never got. They advised to make the withdrawal again which I did last frid and still no sign of my money. I have emailed the team several times now and no one is getting bk to me and when I speak to live chat all they say is you need to wait another 5 working days bearing in mind I'm waiting already nearly 2 wks.
I will amend review once I get my winnings
I made the first withdrawal on the 28/08 and then had to wait another full wk to be told my bank rejected the payment I then contacted my bank and payment provider who said they didnt reject so I asked for proof from spinbuddha abd they wudnt provide it, then then cancelled my withdrawal and advised me to request again which I did on the 5/9 now waiting since then abd atoll no withdrawal. So this is 2 wks im waiting
