Got a Thunder trax for my sons Xmas…
Got a Thunder trax for my sons Xmas 2020. It didn't work at all. I couldn't return to shop due to lockdown. I paid £50 for this toy. Its all he asked for. Spinmaster said they would replace and gave me a choice of two toys (I provided proof of purchase). This was back in December. We are now half way through Feb and we still do not have the replacement toy and my emails are going unanswered. I have phoned them a couple times and they just keep fobbing me off. I'm £50 out of pocket, my wee boy is upset as the only toy he asked for isn't working... I'm so pd off now.
Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service.
One very small but vital part missing from my sons meccano set.
Spin master have refused to replace because I have no proof of purchase......it was a gift.
This part must cost a fraction of 1p to produce.
Amazing
Amazing. My children had a paw patrol mighty pups tower that a part had broken. Spin master didn't have a replacement but sent us a brand new one. Wasn't expecting it, as they offered a different choice but my children are made up, especially with not being in school and nursery. Great service. Thank you so much.
Missing & incorrect pieces, not impressed!
My son had Headbanz junior for Christmas. The game came half in English and half in Mexican and 1 piece missing.
Apparently they don’t have any in stock. They offered games which were cheaper and not age appropriate.
All seems very strange!
Got it from Santa himself and had fun…
Got it from Santa himself and had fun for one evening. On the next day all it does is flashing purple = "is hungry". But wont feed with its straberry. The producer Spin Master is not responding, not helping. A Christmas disappointment for me and my 6yo, thanks, Spin Master.
The toy is (can't link) Hatchimals 6046989 (sort of giraffe).
My daughter received a toy for…
My daughter received a toy for Christmas, when we opened it it had a missing piece. When we called to just get the one part replaced we were told they wouldn’t replace it because it was an older toy. We told the guy it was just got it as a gift and the person who gave it to her had just bought it. All we were asking for was a replacement for the part not even the whole toy and they said all they could do was give us a 40% off coupon. Not even worth it. I’m so disappointed in the company.
Amazing service
Amazing service. Genuinely couldn’t have helped anymore.
My littler one was given a PawPatrol toy second hand as a gift. A few pieces were missing so I emailed asking if I could buy it. They asked for part-numbers which I supplied and they apologised saying they didn’t have any in but would send a free toy to us (out of four to choose from!).
Genuinely amazed. Especially as I didn’t have a receipt as it was a gift.
Terrible excuse for a company
Terrible excuse for a company. Bought a £50 thunder trax and the controller doesn’t even turn on after trying multiple sets of new batteries. Contacted customer service and they offered a £10 toy from their range and expected me to write off the £50 just spent. Avoid at all costs
The chubby puppy stopped working
The chubby puppy stopped working, also part of playset was not moulded correctly, contacted CS, they offered different toy to choose, as did not have replacement...
Appalling customer service.
Bought a boxer robot and couldn’t get it to charge. Emailed spin master to get some advice and they sent me word for word what it said on the website which was in so many words plug it in and make sure the power is on accompanied by a diagram of how to plug it in. Appalled by the customer service and will be taking it back.

My granddaughter had a 'luvabella' for Christmas and lost the "dummy" ( soother!). I phoned the company and within two weeks they had sent me a complete set of the interactive devices the doll uses (including the "soother") free of charge including postage from USA. What a fantastic service - cheers!
