No return, no support
The fact that I have order this product internally (in the same country) and it took more than 15 days to be delivered is not acceptable. I have spoken with the company representative and they blamed the deliver company. Actually the deliver company is obliged within 48h to deliver the product,so they did their job but the support from the store lied. I want to return the product but on their site I don't have the option to do that. If possible, try to avoid this store.

Am analizat sesizarea dumneavoastră și dorim să clarificăm situația pe baza faptelor obiective.
Comanda a fost plasată în data de 24 noiembrie, pentru un produs care avea menționat explicit, cu roșu pe pagina de produs, termenul de livrare de 7–8 zile lucrătoare. Intervalul dintre 25 noiembrie și 5 decembrie, data la care coletul a fost predat către FAN Courier, reprezintă exact 8 zile lucrătoare, având în vedere că 1 decembrie a fost zi nelucrătoare. Prin urmare, livrarea s-a încadrat strict în termenul comunicat și asumat.
În ceea ce privește returul, pe site-ul nostru sunt puse la dispoziție mai multe canale clare și funcționale:
– formular de retur
– formular de contact
– adresă de e-mail
– număr de telefon
Așa cum ne-ați contactat telefonic pentru informații legate de livrare, ne-ați fi putut contacta la fel de ușor și pentru inițierea returului. Menționăm că acceptăm toate retururile conform legislației, fără întrebări sau condiționări, iar procedura este explicată detaliat în secțiunea „Termeni și condiții / Politica de retur”.
Ne pare rău că experiența dumneavoastră a fost percepută diferit, însă considerăm important ca informațiile prezentate public să reflecte situația reală și verificabilă.
