Worst Evaluator for your CAR

Pls do not trust Spinny...First Valuator for your Used Vechile...They called me 10 times for coordination , thier evaluator came analyzed the car for 2 hours..test drove it for 10 minutes and then gave me a Price of less than 3 lakh...I eventually sold it for 6 Lakh so thier evaluation is a JOKE

Spinny sold me a defective car

Spinny sold me a defective car. Within months—TCM failure, AC issues, and now the car doesn’t even start. Reported everything within warranty, but they refused support.

“Spinny Assured” and “God Promise” feel like marketing gimmicks. You still bear all the risk.

Get your own inspection before buying.

Their process is not transparent and appears to be misleading consumers. They evaluate the vehicle thoroughly, provide a committed price, and then unilaterally reduce the offer at the last moment under false pretenses, effectively lowballing customers and violating their own commitments. This conduct amounts to deceptive and unfair trade practice, and I believe they are scamming people. Just google "spinny scamming people" and look at the AI overview for a cumulative report. Do not trust spinny

Process not as transparent as it…

Process not as transparent as it initially seems. While selling experienced situation which indicate this. Evaluators will initially check every aspect of vehicle and send reports to the person who is to negotiate on offer. Then the negotiator will call to finalize price after nigotiation with client, after the price is finalized and committed, the third person is scheduled for pickup, who will on the last moment report a hickup in process and leave and won't proceed with pickup of vehicle, after which the price is drastically changed and lowered and the offer on the site is also lowered giving you only the option to either 'accept the price' or 'get a call back'. This is dicey nigotiation practice and lowballing on offer while changing own committments. Do not trust spinny blindly. The do not honor their own commitments.

The sales staff, especially Jayne's excellent customer care, were friendly and extremely supportive. The delivery inspection by Alan R was very thorough and very comprehensive. Even though the Warwickshire site is 54 miles away, I would not hesitate at buying my next motorhome/caravan from them or recommending them.

Offering high amount on online and after evaluation giving half amount. Sales executives also very rude and so angry at customers.Dont sell car at them. Now they changed their attitude for customers.

Question to Spinny

Question to Spinny: I will be in Noida for say 3 months on Holidays. If a buy a certified Old Maruti Desire car from Spinny, say for 2.5 Lakhs and again sell thru Spinny after a period of 3 months, after driving the car for about 2000 Kms in entire 3 months time frame, what will be check points:
1. Buying a Car at initial stage, time required to close a deal and getting car delivered to me after all paper work at Road Transport authority. How many days ?
2. Process for selling the Car and how many days it takes to sell the car, steps:
a. Inspection of the Car, Day 1
b. Spinny gives me a price to buy the Car, Day 2/or 3
c. I accept the offer Day 4/or 5
d. When does the Car get picked up and I get the money.
e. Car is transferred to new buyer or else Spinny gives me a paper they got the Car back and they will sell car when they get a buyer and transfer the car in buyer's name on their own.

I am making mental make up to plan to do this process, hence checking time lines

Spinny evaluator damaged car

During evaluation of my car, Spinny staff had caused a minor accident cuaisng the rear of my vehicle to be dented. Later, on phone they offered Rs 8.8 L for my car. The customer service team also stated that they would better the offer for my car as their staff had damaged the same. However I was coerced to sell it at Rs 8.8 L. They later reneged on their promise and said that the offer of Rs 8.8 L is inclusive of the damages. I was forced to sell to Spinny at a disadvantageous rate as I was on a tight schedule.

Prolonged and unacceptable delay in the delivery of my car.

The delay was increasing day by day without any clear explanation or committed timeline.

Additionally, I have been repeatedly given the same generic response — “We will look into this matter and you will receive a resolution soon”. This lack of accountability and concrete updates is highly disappointing.

This situation caused significant inconvenience to me.

My opinion is customer service can be improved to make sure spinny and it's customer are both on the same page with clear transparency for any type of service.
