I made a $10 purchase because it offered 15 spins on 3 big barrels Aztec which has a minimum spin value of $.20. the 15 spins popped up in my rewards as they normally do. However when I clicked to redeem it kept saying game not found. So I went to message support the agent was very unhelpful and dismissive. She without my approval or even asking me switched the spins to always up at a $.10 spin value. I told her I would not have purchased if it advertised free spins on the always up game and she basically said she didn't care that I was unhappy and dismissed my unhappiness and then ended the conversation. So I tried again to contact support and as soon as agent connected they ended the conversation without saying anything at all to me. I have screenshots and downloaded the conversation transcripts. Do not spend your money on this site as they falsely advertise and they have horrible customer support staff that do not care about your issues.
