Awful casino! Very rude live chat who literally do nothing to help. Made a number of deposits but as soon as I want to withdraw they cancel it and go silent on chat, say to email but no response on emails. AVOID

I joined deposited my money got the bonus but not the free spins I had to wait and go back into chat once I had spent my balance and ask for them once I went into chat and asked they was rude and said I'd used them and that I could deposit again but I said I hadn't used them and they just closed my account I would stay way from this casino it's a rip off wish i had read the reviews before i joined and wasted my 30 pound please please stay way

It seems that they do not want to pay the withdrawal, 3rd attempt now but i am certain it will not go through…the live support sends you to their email and nobody replies to them…stay safe

random text promising 270% bonus etc. Like a fool deposited £20 and noticed no spins. Perhaps my mistake but entered a chat with support, informed them i was screenshotting our conversation and they asked me if it was in colour, replied "lol" , and just took the mickey. Asked them to refund me, and delete the account and take me off their mailing list. They then kicked me out, got no refund of any monies even though my balance was in excess of £50 and have no recourse. They are con merchants of the highest order and should be reported to the gambling commission. Avoid at all costs......

0 Stars should be allowed this site needs to be shut down. I have never had so many text messages. Becoming harassing now. I have email customer services so many times and got knowhere. How can we shut down sites like this. I also refuse to change my mobile number as suggested, why should I. Please shut this company down

40 euro deposit gone, I open my account ,and also verified my account. But than I read many bad reviews. I were afraid that I lost all the 40 euro, and yes they close the account directly, when I talk about the bad reviews I had read. After that nothing hear from them, it,s casino maffia, you have to watch out.

People, do not play at this casino. Once they have your KYC they keep contacting you mostley true SMS, and the chanse of winning is 0, and if you win money, they just dont let you withdrawl it. Please help your self and play at a good casino amd not this crap

Warning fraudulent site. I have £1312 outstanding but supposedly lost £512 of it. I now have £800 sitting there that I keep withdrawing and they keep putting back into my account… been weeks. They try to make you spend it. When you message them they are extremely rude and actually laugh at you. I have actually been message by the company to say I won’t get my money because I have done a bad review. They are fraudulent and have no morales. You have been warned. My next stop is the daily mail where I have photos of messages they sent me.

I somehow managed to get past all the nonsense and through the wagering from a bonus to be left with £180. I watched the wagering go down to £48 and then I set a game to 50 autoplays at £1. When this was done I checked again and wagering was done so I withdrew £180. After a couple of days I got a message saying wagering wasn’t complete, “a bug occurred” and wagering was back to £360 because of the bug… my withdrawal was reversed and after speaking to them over email, I tried to withdraw it again but couldn’t as you can’t withdraw twice in 24hrs.

I have extremely poor discipline and ended up spending the money because it was sitting in the account. I was furious not just with the site but with myself for allowing it.

You also need to wait 30 days for a withdrawal to be processed which I could not believe. They make it impossible to win any money from.

Absolute scum of the earth.
