I like this casino. Mainly because I am ahead. You need to be disciplined so stop when ahead as ultimately you will loose. However they could improve withdrawal times. They can action withdrawals quickly within the hour but can take much longer. I did ask why the variation but didn't get an explanation other than I was still in their stated timelines. I would advise the company to speed up withdrawals as the other UK licenced casinos are super quick e.g 10Bet. The majority of reviews do complain about withdrawal experience.

what a terrible site deposited £50 not one feature hardly got any winning lines had a maximum of 3 symbols in a line no full lines lost money really quickly and i was only playing 20p per spin should be reported the percentage payout must be very low, i agree with all the other terrible comments its a site to avoid

I've tried to withdraw my funds for several month, by using all of their methods without success. Stay away, this is a scam.

So many bad reviews, and I don’t understand why. It’s a game of chance, you’re not always going to win. It’s a White Hat casino, and I’ve withdrew from Casimba before with no issues so I wasn’t worried about playing on this site too. The gambling commission wouldn’t just let them “keep your winnings” for no reason. I’ve deposited and not won anything, but then I deposited £20 and withdrew £700. The withdrawal disappeared after a few hours and I couldn’t see it anywhere, so I contacted the live chat and was anxious about it but I was connected to Maddie (I think?) and she said that it had failed to the payment method, and that was because of an issue with rbs. She assured me that she would request they reprocess the withdrawal to my PayPal, and that I’d get an email when they have an update. I contacted the live chat at 11:30pm last night and they had redirected the withdrawal and paid it into my PayPal by 11:30 this morning, I didn’t need to upload any documents or anything. Customer service is great and I’m so happy overall with everything.

This used to be a good site ,where winning was nearly as common as losing ,and the payout was in seconds.They owe me £120 at the moment,and are using the carte blanche that the Gambling Commission have given companies to withhold funds.If the Gambling Commission were that serious,they would stop people depositing.

They are absolutely awful. They froze my account whilst I have pending withdrawals and funds in my account. Every time I email them they say they will respond in two days. They do not respond. Haven’t been able to access my account for 2 weeks now. Shocking! Also rude when contacting them on chat and have shut down the chat twice now. Awful customer service and they appear to just do what they like.

I prefer to test a casino or bingo site before spending any money. This includes doing deposit and withdrawal. This allows me to check how long both take and whether there are any fees associated with the transactions that are not obvious at first. Once ive done this I will proceed to play a selection of games. There is so much choice in the market that no one needs to play with a rubbish company.

Well, I did the test withdrawal and had my money held. "Confiscated" was the word they used. When I asked for a crime number as this money would need to be handed over to the authorities they could not provide it. What they really meant by "confiscated" was "stolen".

I would avoid at all costs as, if they can do this to me they can do this to anybody. I am also interested to hear if anyone has had a similar experience. If enough people lodge the same complaint with the gambling commission then they will lose their license.

As far as I am aware, it cannot happen quick enough.

It's horrible site. They holding my withdrawal. First excuse after 3 days like I need to wait 5 days, after 5 days they said I need to wait 10 days, after 10 days when I send them picture of my account as a proof of withdrawal doesn't come they saying some team going to contact me. What a rubbish. When I paid deposit never problem. I'm start contacting gambling commission and want to open the case. It's just horrible experience.

DANGER avoid , . Apparently I placed a £50 spin after playing 40 p, I never had bet anymore than £1 max on this site , but after there software update I pressed the max bet button according to them . Which after two spins all my money was gone . Complained , but not got a chance avoid these . We all know that all software has glitches that’s why we have to update phone and tablets all the time , but according to these it’s impossible.

terrible support, bad place to play, they have a withdrawal limit x amount for 7 days, so if you exceed the amount, you have to wait. Also blocked my account so i cannot withdraw the rest amount left.

To make it short, Easy to insert money but hard hard to withdraw, they want us play all the with the money instead.
