I am waiting for my withdrawal now for 5 weeks! They dont tell me anything, I have to contact them for any information and I just keep getting the same automated response.
Update: 6 weeks now.
Also I asked them multiple times to close my account, but it is still active.
The site says this:

This was the absurd response I got when asking to close my account:
