I had a very concerning experience with this company involving a potential data protection breach.
I received personal data belonging to another individual, which should never have been shared with me under any circumstances. This raises serious concerns about how customer data is handled and protected.
What is even more disappointing is the company’s response. Instead of addressing the issue, they provided irrelevant information about account activity and general terms and conditions, completely ignoring the actual problem.
A data breach is not a minor customer service issue — it is a serious matter, especially under GDPR. The lack of a clear explanation or accountability is alarming.
I have requested a detailed explanation and information about corrective measures, but so far, no meaningful response has been provided.
Based on this experience, I strongly advise others to be cautious when trusting this company with personal data.
