1) Signed up to the advertised program for a battery addition to an existing solar system - received no response.
2) Sent pointed email requesting action - received a response with promised immediate action.
3) Received quote with guaranteed 45 day installation.
4) Signed contract and paid deposit.
5) After 45 days - requested update on installation of battery.
6) Was informed that the installation would not go ahead as they were no longer offering the promotion.
7) Requested information on remediation process - got nothing.
8) Requested refund of deposit - got nothing.

They did their job thoroughly and professionally
The installers listened to my concerns and offered acceptable solutions for blackout protection.
Im very happy with the batteries and now use zero power from the grid and are still exporting power during the day.
